A three acre estate, with the owner improvements that included very large perimeter rock walls and the first of 2 houses completed in 2013 we designed and composed the landscape and irrigation almost on site during construction.

All trees, palms, other plant materials, large moss rock boulders,  landscape lighting and irrigation were part of our scope of work.
